A small shop that promises the whole metroplex is either lying or about to be late. This is genuinely where we go.
If you are just outside this and it is an emergency, ring anyway — we would rather tell you honestly whether we can get there than have you wait on a maybe. For non-urgent work outside the area we will point you at someone we would use ourselves.
One of the two of us picks up, seven days a week. If it's an emergency, ring rather than email — the phone reaches a person and the form reaches an inbox.
