Rockwall · Heath · Royse City
Master-licensed repair, drains and repiping across Rockwall County. We quote the job in front of you, in plain numbers, before a wrench comes out of the van.
Halloway & Vance is deliberately small. You get one of the two people whose names are on the van — not a rotating crew and not a call centre that books you for Thursday. That is the whole business model, and it is why the diary is tight.
What we do
Repair and replacement on residential systems, plus the slab and repipe work most one-van shops send elsewhere. If it is not on this list we will tell you who does it properly.
Burst pipes, no water, and anything actively getting worse. Seven days a week, including nights.
More on this →Slow drains, repeat blockages and camera inspection when the same drain keeps going.
More on this →Repair, replacement and tankless conversion — sized to the house rather than the catalogue.
More on this →Whole-house repipe in PEX or copper when patching has stopped being economic.
More on this →Locating and repairing leaks under the foundation — the specialism most one-van shops refer out.
More on this →New runs, repairs and pressure testing for ranges, dryers, pool heaters and generators.

Dale served his apprenticeship in Garland and took his master licence in 1994. Marcus came across from commercial work in 2011 and now runs most of the repipe and slab jobs. Between them that is thirty-one years of Rockwall County plumbing and a fairly complete mental map of which streets were built on what.
We stayed two people on purpose. A bigger shop means a dispatcher, a sales script and a technician you have never met quoting you a number he does not have to justify. We would rather be harder to book and easier to trust.
In their words
On a real site these are pulled from the company's own Google Business Profile. The ones below are illustrative.
“Found the slab leak in about forty minutes and rerouted it overhead instead of breaking up the kitchen floor. Cost less than the quote I'd had to start digging.”
“Third blockage in a year, so this time they put a camera down and showed me the roots on the screen. Fixed the joint rather than clearing it again.”
“Rang at 9pm with water coming through the ceiling and got talked through finding the shutoff while they drove over. That call alone saved the floors.”
One of the two of us picks up, seven days a week. If it's an emergency, ring rather than email — the phone reaches a person and the form reaches an inbox.
